how did the early men cry,

crib, or complain

when there was no language;

were they too having problems,

and dissatisfactions

when they just hunted

and gathered

and only survival mattered

just like other animals.

I wonder about those men

who invented language

and gave mankind a means

to crib, cry, and complain

and fight.
