I don’t know who made the first meme,
was it a happy guy trying to be happier, or
a sad guy trying not to break down, or
a group of guys in some hostel room?

I just know that
I owe a lot to that guy
who has saved me countless times
when I had fallen, and
only memes came to my rescue
like pills for the sick.

Man, I really owe that inventor
more than he’ll ever know;
wish I could send him a meme
he’d love, and laugh.
